:flowerforyou: I have a picture of me at my old weight.......that's all I need to stay motivated......I never want to look like that ever again.

Precisely what you've said. If I don't track, I'll inevitably go back or worse. And with my often neurotic attitude, if I didn't track, and I was super worried, I'd probably eat much less and I really can't afford to with the marathoning.

cause i worked way to hard for way to long to let the weight come back. No. FLIPPIN. WAY.

    Cause I am worth it.

Cause being lazy is what got me fat in the first place.

Cause I will not allow myself to be to lazy to log foods.

Cause it is too easy to forget something you eat and I am smart enough to know that fact.

Cause I feel too fabulous to let the weight come back.

cause I love shopping for clothes.

Cause too many people are watching and waiting for me to gain it back and I want to prove them all wrong ( sad but oh so true)

I can go on if you need, but the bottom line is

    I am worth it.

    good luck:drinker:

It is just part of my normal daily routine... I eat, I log, I shout out to my pals... it's part of who I am now.

I agree w/ Tami that we have worked hard to get where we are and there is no way in h-e- double hockey sticks I am EVER going to let myself gain the weight and have to do it all over again... no bag of chips or candy bar is worth that.

The math is simple... excess calories... excess weight. I'd rather track to know for sure. :)

This sounds so bad.... but I do have a photo of me when I had an ED. I use that photo for motivation on how I want to look. The difference is that eating right and exercising is healthier and better than having an ED. It motivates me not to go back to my old ways and that there are other options. I can gain muscle and have an amazing body without having an ED.
