ANOTHER EPIC FAIL

I have had so many frustrating days... Stopped tracking for a week and started again b/c of the reminder email. I totally feel like I will never get back to where I was 4 years ago (my goal weight). I didn't get down to my goal by the wedding. Not like we're talking a LOT of weight here, but I feel like it is so close that I can taste it (pun totally intended) and I just can' t seem to get there. How do I break through? Ugh. Frustrated. (Sorry, needed to vent).

    Kick up the intensity of your workouts! You might just be plateau-ing. No reason to put yourself down if you get a little of track. It happens to the best! If you need support you can always add me! :)

    I hear ya! I've hit a plateau and I am struggling to stay motivated. This past week, with the holiday and my birthday, was terrible on my diet! BUT that doesn't mean that neither I nor you are an epic fail! You're back aren't you? That says a lot there! Stick with it... you'll get through it!
    Feel free to friend me if you feel you need some extra motivation… Lord knows I could use some! :)
