Well hello all my pals!

I am back....well, I have been here, but on and off. I really enjoyed the holday's, and I am ready to get back on track. For the next 2 weeks I will be cleansing my body of all the junk I have consumed. that means, no salt, seasonings, sugar, starch, or dairy. Just lean, plain meat, lots of veggies, and certain fruits. This will be very hard. But, at least I will have gotten rid of that bloated feeling from all the salt and adult bevs. I have been taking in. I just wanted to wish everyone good luck while they get back on there "lifestyle change"! I'll be posting more as the days go on!

    I lean in when I eat meat, makes it easier.
