Hi I'm Shannon and I guess I'm like a lot of other people out there. I've been up and down with my weight several times. My highest 290 and now I'm 172. This time I've lost around 50 lbs over the last year, like I've done before. The only difference is that this time I havent done anything to lose the weight. Too much stress and being to busy to take care of myself. Dont get me wrong, I'm happy about the loss. I wish I would have done it a different way though. Now I really need to work on building some muscle. My tummy, my arms, and my thighs need some tightening. I would like to find some guidance, support, and some friendship to help me. I've gone a long way by myself but now I'm stuck and I really believe some help with motivation would get me moving in the right direction again.

    congrats on your loss! I would recommend the 30 day shred. it is great for toning and is only 30 minutes!
