Is p90x hard? Lol. Like, can a girl who is in her teens do it? I want to purchase it, but not if i cant do it haha

    It can be hard, but it is a good program. They show you how to modify the exercises if you are not at that level yet. Then as you progress, there are more advanced moves they show you. I enjoy P90X quite a bit.

    Yeah it's tough, but it's rewarding.

    I'm finishing up my 3rd week today with Back and Legs....ugh....wall sqauts....bigger ugh...one legged wall squats LOL.

    I thought about that but I don't wanna look to the point like were im a bodybuilder?can it just make you lose weight without looking like the hulk?haha

    I'll have to ask around about it but if it would make me look like a bigtime body builder not for me , I like to have musle and I have enough now but anymore added on I don't wanna look like a football player , lol

    Sure it can, and they tell you in the videos. Just use lighter weights and more reps if you don't want to bulk at all. This will make you tone.

    It is a set of videos the use a combination of resistance training and cardio for 90 days, it's put out by BeachBody.

    Ladies You can't get big muscles you don't have enough testosterone to build huge muscles so you can't look like a bodybuilder in 90 days. Amount of free testosterone in woman is 6-86 ng/dl and in male 270- 1100 ng/dl.
    Those masculine women You think of are using hormones.
    Just stay away from feather light weights and billion of repetitions go for 20 reps but make those last 3 hard.
    And the more muscle mass you have the more fat you will burn because muscle burns fat.

    My gf. is doing P90X with me and she doesn't look like a bodybuilder she got a lot tighter and fitter.

    Btw you can build around 5-7kg muscles per year (male), a bit more if your in puberty and your body is developing.
    Bodybuilders are happy with 1kg muscle growth in a year.
    You can't look like a bodybuilder in 90 days!

    I use ChaLean Extreme and TurboFire. TurboFire is super intense cardio, and Extreme is for strength training. Right now I'm doing a hybrid program that does both so I get cardio and strength! Chalean makes great videos :)
