Today's challenge is: Tummy Tuck

Let's see if we can do 120 of them.

Yu have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 120 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Have just found this thread and think its a great idea. Will def try and join in everyday.

    Will certainly give this my best shot although they look quite tough and dont know how will manage them at my work!!

    Ive done 20 (10 each side) and decided I'm horrible at them, really tough work out, Im in and will try my best :) Ill be happy if I reach half way :smile:

    good lord, I can barely do a plank let alone, stay in position long enough to do knee leg raises

    Done! This pressure on my arms after yesterday's dips was a bit much. I did feel it in my tummy. I am still looking for that exercise that tightens the lower abs (between the hips). Perhaps you could insert one of that type some day.

    I bared down and pounded those bad boys out in 5 minutes. 30 right, 30 left, 2 minute break, 30 right, 30 left, 120 down and heart rate up!

    done! 30 on both sides, 1 minute rest, last 30 on both sides...those are tough!

    WOW is all I can say! After the 200 crunches (and man am I feeling those), the tricep dips and then these! What a work out over the past 3 days!

    I am proud to say that I completed all 120!
