Eye drops that will kill red eyes!
So I had a spray tan yesterday but woke up today to find one of my eyes is a bit red and irritated. Luckily it's not the whole eye, it's not really swollen at all or itchy or leaking (sorry) but it's just red, so maybe a minor infection? Problem is, I'm flying out to see my OH this evening and I want to look awesome, not sodding pink-eyed. Does anybody know of any over-the-counter stuff, in the UK, I can get that will clear it FAST?

chloramphenicol - some chemists won't sell it to you tho and will tell you to get a script (one big high street chain, not all but many branches wont, similar to they wont sell ketostix if they think its for low carbers)0

visine original will probably clear the redness0

sorry not sure if it's avail in UK, but I use it in states for anything really, allergies, allergens, etc0

Optrex do a range, one of them is called red eyes, and the other is called infected eyes. They sell them in pharmacies in the UK, and I have used them before, and they work. Ask the pharmacist whether you need the red eye or the infected eye x0

I'll see if they have that! I've reserved something called Brolene - does anybody have experience of it?0

Brolene is good, I thought they'd stopped that over the counter tho...perhaps just my local one had.0
