So I had a spray tan yesterday but woke up today to find one of my eyes is a bit red and irritated. Luckily it's not the whole eye, it's not really swollen at all or itchy or leaking (sorry) but it's just red, so maybe a minor infection? Problem is, I'm flying out to see my OH this evening and I want to look awesome, not sodding pink-eyed. Does anybody know of any over-the-counter stuff, in the UK, I can get that will clear it FAST?

chloramphenicol - some chemists won't sell it to you tho and will tell you to get a script (one big high street chain, not all but many branches wont, similar to they wont sell ketostix if they think its for low carbers)

Optrex do a range, one of them is called red eyes, and the other is called infected eyes. They sell them in pharmacies in the UK, and I have used them before, and they work. Ask the pharmacist whether you need the red eye or the infected eye x

I'll see if they have that! I've reserved something called Brolene - does anybody have experience of it?

Brolene is good, I thought they'd stopped that over the counter tho...perhaps just my local one had.
