Hey everyone,

I'm pretty new here to MFP and just started using it actively.
Would love to have someone to follow and join, just makes it more fun.

So, getting in shape...
I started a workout program a week ago,
(5 times a week(!!!) 3 times high impact resistance + cardio, and 2 pure cardio)
and it's so cool to see how fast my body adapts. The first session I was (no kidding) almost crying, it was so hard.
But now, I get by without major issues, even though it's still tough and I really have to push myself those last 15min...

I looooove food, and I like to cook, even though this high protein, low-carb thing is sort of a challenge now in the beginning...
getting easier though.

I'm actually really enjoying getting into shape, and it would be fun to share the experience with someone:)
