ET Zone exercise support group

I am looking for people who live in the eastern time zone to report that we exercised each day. I need some objective people to account to keep me motivated. If we agree on a time to exercise each day, say 6:30 - 7:00 pm and a time to report in by, like 8:30 pm, then we can check in on each other and see if we are exercising daily. This board will be for people to document exercise so that we can encourage each other. It doesn't have to be competitive just positve and supporting (but a little friendly competetion may be good too). What the exercise is will be up to the poster's discretion as we are not all at the same fitness level. I know you can track exercise on your diary, but I know I need more than that to keep me on track. Anybody interested?
