Is this really going to prevent you from losing weight? I have no loss last week after staying within my calories, doing kickboxing twice, bike riding once, and Zumba once. I watch my sodium intake and it's not that time of the month where I'm retaining water. I'm just wondering if going over your sugar limit (and note that the majority of my sugars are "good" sugars from fruits) will prevent weight loss.

I'm constantly over my sugars and it hasn't prevented me from losing weight (even with most of it being bad sugars). Then again, it depends on the person. I am trying to cut back on the bad sugars though, might see even more of a difference.0

Sugar is sugar...your body can't tell good from bad. That being said your caloric intake is what determines weight loss. Sugar can add to fat but all in all it won't prevent weight loss unless you're severely consistently over.0
