ive been doin this for over a week and i still havent lost any weight! why?

    You body needs to get used to the shock of everything. It will happen...you have already taken the first step. Be patient..you didn't gain all the weight in 2 weeks...you are not going to lose it all in 2 weeks. You can do this!

    Just judge your weight loss by how your clothes fit. At first your body will make lean muscle and muscle per volume weighs more than the same amout of volume for fat. You actually may GAIN weight at first - but your clothes will fit better. During this time, your body wil be packing on muscle faster than it dissolves the fat. Just remember your in this for the long haul!!!
