i finally feel like a lights coming on at the end of the tun

so after spending my life as a 7stone size 6, eat like a horse lucky *****, I HAD FOUR KIDS! gone was the skinny ***** and along came the beast i am now. i have severe self confidence issues, i dont even like getting dressed anymore cos i feel like i just look **** anyway!

so far ive lost 35lbs then gained 7 back! so happy with what ive done so far but a way to go yet. after years of persevering with the doctors and demanding to be seen the investigation has begun. a few weeks ago an ultrasound revealed two ovarian cysts the size of tennis balls! one of the symptoms ''weight gain''. i have the consultants appointment in 11days and cant wait. 1- we need to find the reason for them 2, we need to eradicate the reason and 3 we need to remove the cysts, but i finally feel like im getting somewhere and to be honest im pinning all my hopes on this being sorted and my weight problem being easier to manage. (i am not expecting to magically shrink after surgery)

sorry for the rambling but needed to write how i feel!
