Hi!
I'm Kelly and I recently found myfitnesspal via the apps on my new cell phone. It's been great so far and I love being able to track my intake and my output throughout the day or sit down on my comp and do it all at once.

I was physically fit once in my life about 4 or 5 years ago when I was living in Mexico but aside from that I've been... less than so. I love to eat, especially REAL Mexican and Italian, and love to drink (which usually leads to more eating). I also read -- A LOT-- so that's not exactly a physically demanding past-time. I don't have any sort of story to go with my weight gain. Just your usual I ate/drank a lot and didn't move enough but I'm trying hard to change that. Aside from what my mom forced me to eat as a child, I didn't eat my first salad until I was 25 if that tells you anything about my eating habits.

My goal is to loose 25lbs by my best friend's wedding this October.

Oh, and I love my baby girl Paloma (German Shepherd-Chow mix) to bits and pieces. She's amazing.
