Okay this isn't really a recipe...more of an idea I had and tried tonight...super yummy!
I took a cooked Morningstar Farms chicken patty (140 calories), put 1 wedge of Laughing Cow French onion spread on it (35 calories), and then microwaved it for about 30 seconds with two slices of Oscar Mayer Deli fresh shaved ham (15 calories). Then I served it with 1 tsp of dijon mustard (5 calories) and it was YUMMY! This would be great on some bread or a roll for a yummy sandwich...and it's so low cal...what is it...like 195 calories if I did that math right...very cool!

It's usually with the regular cheese...in the dairy section...it comes in a circular cardboard box kind of thing...at Wal-Mart I usually find it in the front of the store next to the deli with the specialty cheeses...0
