rededicating myself to losing last 15 lbs

Hi everyone, My name is Maryrose and I've been on and off this site for close to a year, I'm rededicating myself to losing the last 10lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions for good exercises to help with the belly fat and that awful love handles? I can't seem to get my scale to move more than a pound or so every few weeks, its very discouraging.

    30 day shred is hard but quick and it tones you up. check out my pic, that was only 3.5 lbs but it changed my body.

    I started it yesterday it is hard. I am not doing it everyday though maybe three or 4 times a week mixed with Zumba and running and pilates.
