Brummel&Brown Yogurt Spread as a butter replacement
besides baking, I use it for everything I would otherwise use butter for0 -

apples and oranges since they are so portable..i usually throw one in my purse in case i need a quick snack while im running errands0

My must haves are fresh fruits, veggies, and chicken breast. If I have those, all is right with the world...0

sugar free fudge pops! Great summer treat with only 40 calories!0

strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, nectarines and plums! In the fall it is local apples and apple cider! I also get bags of steamable veggies every week and have them all the time. and we must not forget the yogurt!0

100 calorie packs of almonds. That way I can toss them in purse so they are handy if I get hungry throughout the day!0

Dreyers whole fruit popsicles - i think they are all less than 100 calories a popsicle, and make for an awesome treat! Some are even 70 or 80 calories. (and these are the big popsicles, the skinny ones are even fewer cals!)
Fresh fruits and veggies. Right now I'm loving the seasonal things like peaches and cherries and tomatos!
Special K cereal.
Frozen fish fillets. (Awesome, and so easy to cook!)0 -

For snacks, I love all melons: Cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew...and my favorite summer treat - Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches (they are only 100 calores each!)0

then through in some bag salad, low calorie salad dressing & fresh fruit of the season
oh ya, & some fiber one 90 calorie granola bars!! perfect for when i have a sweet tooth & want to keep the calories down0 -

Salad,light kens honey mustard,frenchs horseradish mustard(i mix them together in my salad..yumm) store brand splenda,light and fit coconut vanilla,chobani pineapple,apples,wheat sandwich bread,nutella(i use a tsp and half on one piece of wheat bread,its a like 112 calories and totally cures my sweet craving) deli buffalo chicken breast(for my salad) 2 slices is only 30 calories,and fat free vanilla creamer for my tea also pretzel thin sticks,about 40 for 110 calories,yum0
