any cyclists use runkeeper?

I just started using Runkeeper (droid app) on my road rides and I noticed the mileage doesn't match what my bike's computer says. Runkeeper seems pretty accurate when I run but it was off by .30 when I finished my ride today. I'm just not sure which number is right or how to find out.

I don't cycle, but I use RunKeeper for running and it always seems to be different than what I map out online. I will also put my course into www.gmap-pedometer.com and then kind of take an average of what the two say. You can use that site for cycling as well!

I personally run and I use the sportpal app. It keeps track of things online too. It's really cool and accurate.

I do. Mine seems accurate. It can depend on your GPS signal.

It is accurate for me. The tire size calibration on the bike computer could be off which would skew the results. Did you roll the bike to get the exact measurement or use the default for your tire size? The only time mine has been off was one day when I rode circles while waiting for someone to catch up and I think the GPS could not recognize the movement. The bike odometer gave a higher number that day. Other than that it has matched well.

I always use runkeeper on my rides and never noticed it not being accurate...
