Hello! I just filled out my food diary for today (July 7th) for what I've already eaten and will eat for the rest of the day. I was just curious if anyone could take a look and let me know if it looks okay in regards to a healthy diet and losing a bit of weight! Any tips or comments would be greatly appreciated!

Everything on there looks well rounded, delicious, and nutritious. For real. You are doing great!!!

Perhaps incorporate some exercise to help with your weight loss. :)

Oh, exercise. My mortal enemy haha.
I plan on adding it in gradually once I start eating a bit better, I feel the healthy food will give me the boost I need :)

I also am not a fan of exercise, but I love Zumba... and a little tip, I bought a heart rate monitor and now look forward to exercising because I can't wait to see how many calories I burn! Little tricks like that work to trick my body... maybe try that and see if it helps with your hatred of exercise.

I am super jealous of your wonderful low sodium levels. Keep it up!

I would try to lessen all your sodium intake wherever possible. Try eating less processed foods to do that. Eat as natural as possible.

You did well by going almost double on your fiber. I think the MFP standard numbers for fiber are kind of low IMO.

Don't be too jealous, I'm awful for exceeding those values normally lol
