I think that tomorrow's gonna be a rest day. I'm dragging a bit (this last workout wasn't my best), got a doctor's appt tomorrow AND I desperately need to stop with my MFP addiction and hit the books.

First sorry about not getting the Sunday game sorted, I ran out of time, plus a few people rightly pointed out that that game was being more about luck and not actually rowing the world.

TUEDAY is DOUBLE DAY
THURSDAY IS .............. KIDNAP DAY........ attack a boat again........ same as last time, but the boat under attack can still count the kidnapped person
SAT is ........... TRIPLE DAY !................. I see that weekends tends to be one of the hardest ones to keep focus and get a good work out in............. so I hope by it being triple day it will give us all time to look at our work outs and PLAN !

I check in on every member of this team in the evening before I go to bed to see how everyone did and while I'm there I jot down the calories and change them into miles. Anything that I get that is beyond what I write down after 10-10:30 at night during the week and like 11:30-12 on weekends I send an update to Leeketty *the head honcho*0 -

we are holding down 9th place still right now. Lets move this boat tomorrow for doubles day!!!! I challenge you all to move a little more tomorrow than you normally do. If you find you have a few spare minutes run in place, or go for a walk. its amazing how much you can burn in 5 minute spurts throughout the day!0

HELL YEAH!! Let's close the gap between us and 6th place. It's double day! Woop, woop.
(right now, i'm just under 1000. I'll be studying for the next few hours until midnight, so for my study breaks I'll be doing jumping jacks and jogging in place to try to reach 1000 or 1100. once that is doubled and changed to miles, that should be a respectable contribution for the day)
