    You look fantastic! I only hope I do as well as you. What do your family/friends have to say?

    Everyone is really supportive and proud of me. I see my kids making smarter/healthier choices on their own because of the example I am setting. My oldest daughter even told me that one of her friends was bragging to her about how much better I looked while they watched my kickboxing class.

    I finally feel like I am in control of my body and not the other way around.q

    Awsome job, I had lots of periods during my first couple rounds of P90x that I wansnt losing much weight but I noticed my waist was shrinking and my muscles were growing and it felt awesome!! Keep it up you look great!!

    If it wasn't for the inches dropping and everything tightening up I would be discouraged with my weight loss right now... but I love p90x and the positive changes it is making for me.

    After this round, I am going to do a p90x/insanity hybrid.

    I started my lifestyle change on 4-19-10.... So, a year and 3 months so far. Got 50lbs to go.
