Hey everyone! I have had the mfp app on my phone since last year and did pretty well with it. However, I just started back using it again in the last week or two. I have a walking buddy and we try to walk a couple miles everyday and I have started to really watch what I eat. I am looking to get in shape and tone up and wouldn't mind losing a few pounds. I am not heavy but I would really like to lose about 10-15 pounds.
