Weight loss help with diet and exercise

Please help. I started April 28th and i have lost 18 lbs since then. The first 15 were just by eating 1200 calories a day. 2 1/2 weeks ago i started walking 7 milesa day burning about 600 calories. I have only lost a additional 3lbs since then. Im still maintaining 1200 calorie intake a day. I have been told that im starving my body and not eating enough calories daily. How do I figure out how many calories I should be eating a day to still benefit from the exercise and still lose weight?

You should be eating your exercise calories. Try it for a week or so.0

Thanks for the help! I just have a hard time in a day eating 1200 calories... that was my problem before when i lost the first 15lbs it was when i was eating more than normal... now to add another 600 calories is going to be tough but im going to try. Its hard to stay eating healthy foods but eat so much!0
