I'm new to the group

Hey ya'll. I'm new to the group. My mom-n-law, aunt and cousin has been on here for a while and so far they have done pretty good. I think and know and feel that I can do a good job as well. My saying now......which I believe in is "How you treat your body today, is how your body will treat you tomorrow. I'm not looking to loose weight, but I am trying me best and hardest to get toned and fit for me and for my kids. I was always one of those that would start to exercise and do good while doing it and then stop because of the pain that I was feeling. Today marks the 2nd day that I have exercised in a row. I know that I can't do all of this overnight, and I know that it will take some time. I just need to find a way to REALLY stay motivated......especially after my mom-n-law leaves. If you all have any suggestions for toning and motivation.......please do let me know. Thank you all.
