100 miles/ 25lbs in 100 days!

So today I got an email from my college telling me it was officially 100 days til Homecoming and it got me to thinking, I wanna do something BIG in 100 days!

I started Couch to 5k yesterday and I want to run 100 miles in 100 days! (Hey, it's only a mile a day) I also want to lose these last 25lbs in 100 days!

I know that my Homecoming doesn't mean much to other people but doing something big in 100 days might! So who wants to join? We can encourage each other along the way!:happy:

    I’m down for that!! Just starting here. I have about 75+ lbs to lose so this is a great place to start for me too!

    I'm 70 days into a 100-day journey before vacation.

    I've run or walked 196 miles and lost 23 lbs so far. Couch to 5K is a great way to go!

    The girl I took to homecoming my senior year in high school, we dated three years. We then broke up and spent almost 30 years apart in separate lives.

    We reconnected then a few years ago. The planned vacation next month is to incidentally celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary.
