Hi all. Recently got an iPhone and found this great App - my fitness pal!!!! I love that I can take this with me where ever I go. I also love that I can do this on my laptop!!!! It's the best of everything. And it has everything in it!!!! So anyway, I've got a lot to loose, and I've tried all different kinds of diets with success that lead to failure. I like this, because I actually have it with me and can see what calories are in foods, and see what I'm eating!!!! So wish me luck, I'm beginning my journey to get back the me inside of me.

Good Luck! I started December 2009 and I still love it!!!!!! It helps so much, especially if you go out to eat, you can make a quick decision on what to eat...or what NOT to eat! I wish you the very best of luck0

You can do it! I've been on about a month, I've lost 10 lbs, and I have no intention to quit. There is such freedom in knowing where your limits are.
Don't beat yourself up if you go over on a day, and always remember there is no such thing as a lost day. Every minute, every hour is a new minute and a new hour.
