kashi has protein shakes

and I just bought the chocolate one I just had it its pretty good- If you make it with water its 220 but with lowfat milk its 300 calories I made mine with water it wasnt bad- weigh cheaper than many other protein drinks.

21 grams of protein if made with water and 29 grams if made with lowfat milk
7 grams of fiber (I need all the fiber I can get)

    i got it from kroger for 10.99 for the can-- If you go to kashi.com you can go type in your zip code to see which stores near you carry kashi products I cant find the kashi meals like the sandwhichs and the pizza but i found the cereal and the bars and cookies and now the protein shakes- its a good way for me to eat better on the run and have healthier snacks especially when I am at work- im gonna buy more so i have some at my desk at work as well as at home- I can drink the protein shakes in the morning for breakfast while I am taking my kids to daycare and I heading to work or munch on a protien bar- the fiber thats in it will keep me full
