Pain in my ear??

Ok, so lately when I do any sort of workout, whether it be rope jumping, jumping jacks, or any kind of "bouncing" I get this INTENSE pain in my ear. Only my right ear, and it feels like someone is stabbing me with a sharp object right into my ear drum. Anyone else have this problem?

    Ouch! see the Dr maybe you are conjested hopefully you don't have sometime type of ear infection. Good luck
