Hi everybody! I have been lurking around on here for about a month now, finally decided its time to post! After gaining about 15 pounds this past winter/spring (mostly due to really bad eating and not excerising, which I blamed on my working and going to school full time) I decided last month that it was time to get healthy. This past month the only thing I've really changed is my eating habits and I managed to lose almost 7 pounds already! I just got Jillian Michaels dvd so I am excited to finally tone up and get in shape! This looks like a great website and I've already seen a lot of inspiring stories. Can't wait to hopefully get back to my normal self!
Feel free to add me as a friend--:D

Way to go on your weight loss so far! I know exactly what you mean about the 15lbs thing, I myself have been fighting to get rid of my own "freshman 15" lol! I have 5 lbs to go! Keep up the good work!

Good For You!! You're certainly headed in the right direction. It's never too late to make these lifestyle change. If your a young girl (as you picture looks like), you're helping yourself not only for now, but later in life, too :-)
You've already seen results just from changing your eating habits. Imagine what adding exercise will do! This IS a great website with so many great people walking this same road. Best wishes to you for much success!
