    Use your calorie counter to see what kind of food/snack you might want. If anything, attack fruit and veggies, which can have high water content and are filling. Bright colours in fruit means that they have dense nutrient contents. Don't eat too much, but just enough to help yourself stop from feeling hungry.

    Or a glass or two of water. If you're still hungry in, say, half an hour, maybe an apple or some nuts might do the trick. Crunchy = good. :)
