I've been on the same notch on my belt for a loooong time. It's all torn because it was too tight at that notch anyway. I am now one notch smaller then that one even after I eat!!! (my belly pretty much doubles no matter what I eat lol) I'm sooo happy I've never been able to lose weight like this. Also I have some pictures of me from about a year and a half ago at my very heaviest on my profile then a few I just took a few minutes ago, my face alone has probably lost about five pounds haha.
Anyway super excited that it's finally paying off!!! =]
