Hello. I'm new to MFP. I have the most amazing daughter who has been after me for a long time to get active. I'm 20 pounds heavier than when I delivered her. I fatigue easily, get short of breath, have no will power or stamina on most days. She made me sign up for this today. And, I'm actually excited about it. I just pray I can stick with it this time. I've done over 700 steps on the stair stepper today!
