carbs-Fat-Protein

What are good/healthy intake amounts on the carbs-Fat-Protein? I dont EVER eat more than 1300 daily Im Very short (UGHH) lol 4ft8"..Ive lost 31pounds so far not really paying attention to the above three, I excersize as much as I can, which ends up being a good 45mins 3x weekly....any help would be Fab!     Sounds like you are doing great. If you don't worry about those three go to settings and change the listings. Maybe follow your vitamin intake or iron and calcium. Lots of stuff to choose from.

    I had heard from a few different sources 40% - carbs, 30% - protein, 30% - fat, and this has been working for me. If what you're doing is working then don't stop. Everybody is different.
