As a person who has NOT even tried either of the two YET...in which i WILL be doing p90x at the start of next month. I have noticed just by looking at BOTH websites the difference between the 2

in my opinion p90x would be better than supreme 90 day for these things i have observed:

-p90x has an actual message board for themselves whereas supreme 90 only has a website to order.
-p90x you can log in your workouts everyday and win prizes...supreme 90 DOES NOT.
-p90x you can make money while getting in shape and helping people out...supreme 90 YOU CAN NOT.
-p90x you can choose to do the nutritional guide that's provided OR you can get one customized for you on the beach body website doing the p90x....whereas the supreme 90 comes with a nutritional guide and you don't have a choice to get it customized for you.

overall even though the p90x is pricier than supreme 90 it's well worth the money.

As someone with "connections" to Tony Horton as well as Carl Daikeler, I would just add this:

If you are planning on buying Supreme 90 Day, I would do it pretty soon. There are pending copyright lawsuits as the program is a flagrant rip-off.

I am not saying that it is a bad program or that it doesn't work, cause I am sure it is a good one and does work. But, then again, when you get all your ideas from someone else and those ideas are proven effective, it has to be good, eh?

My mom just bought this for me- I will tell you that yes there is a website for help with the Supreme 90. Also there is a 90 day meal plan to follow on top of workout plan. I have yet to start it- because it looks really really tough.
I really don't think you can copyright exercise. My gym instructor was basically teaching us the same thing- will he get sued too? Besides if you have 2 products basically the same thing and 1 is way cheaper than the other- which would you buy? I am thinking P90X is more about making money

Exactly! Exercise is exercise. I've done this stuff in the gym. And it cost me a membership fee PLUS $50 for classes for a month. As far as I know, the only P90X "lawsuit" is for those SELLING P90X or distributing it. "Muscle confusion" is not Beachbody's exclusive baby.

I've been doing Supreme 90 and love it. I'm a single mom, I can't justify spending lots of $ for something I "may" like or "may" be able to do. I have fit friends that complained about how sore they were so I was scared. Supreme 90 at $20 was low risk for me. If I wasn't ready for it, or didn't like it, I was only out $20. As it turns out, I got a great deal on something I am enjoying.

As for making money or winning "prizes" for doing P90X, I could care less. For me, the ultimate prize is BEING IN SHAPE! If I can do it for $20 and a few dumbbell investment. Even better!

Amen!!! I love my S90D. $20 is well worth it and I have only missed (extra rest day in the beginning) one day. I am motivated and I am on day 22, I think. Not much on the scale (those chocolate chip cookie binges didn't help) but a most definite change in body. But I'm going to get serious and try to stick with one or two weeks of Tosca Reno's Eat-Clean Diet Cooler 1 and I will post my results at the end of my 30 days.

I agree.. I dont think p90x were the first to do those certain exercises.. plus I can careless about winning prizes or getting a custom nutrition plan. Im doing great so far and though Im sure P90x is great I cant afford it. Also S90 workouts are shorter and thats what I like about it. I've read reviews on both programs and most ppl say they arent really that much alike and both are great programs on their own.

All the workouts in P90x have been around for years. Beachbody can't sue Supreme 90 Day for any exercises, because Tony nor Beachbody has created any of the workouts that's in P90x. Kenpo wasn't created by them, muscle confusion wasn't created by them. Hello, have Beachbody ever heard of bodybuilders and learn the terminology they have been using for years. Tony nor Beachbody created Yoga. So, therefore, they can't sue anyone.

Supreme 90 has a website, a support forum and facebook page, just like P90x does. Supreme 90 Day was giving away free programs as well. That's what a person wins with P90x.

As for people making money with P90x, those people have to spend money to make money and making money isn't guaranteed. They need customers that will spend money on shakeology and beachbody products. If they don't have that, then they are just wasting their money, trying to make money. In my opinion, people are losing money with Beachbody. Why? Because, in order to get a discount on products, you have to be a beachbody coach and pay a monthly fee. Plus, if I am not mistaken, they have to buy shakeology, at least for a while. The beachbody coaches wants people to believe that they are saving money, which they aren't saving money. With the monthly fee, they are spending the same amount of money or more on beachbody products that they believe they are saving money on. The percentage they are saving on workouts and shakeology is their monthly fee.

Supreme 90 Day is the first program that I have desired to do as a program. I couldn't do Power 90/P90 as a program. I had to incorporate with other workouts that I have.

Supreme 90 Day is a good workout.
