The constant improvement of health

Something worth remembering as we eat well, exercise and strive for weight loss is that - regardless of the numbers on the scale - what we are doing is continuously improving our health. We are ever more capable of lifting heavy objects; running, walking or cycling long distances; hauling shopping home from Tesco. We are making our bodies into better, more efficient machines.

Great reminder!! It's so important to keep it into perspective. I'll be lifting more shopping bags home from Tesco tonight :bigsmile:0

Thanks for the reminder! Since I'm not seeing anything on the scale, I may as well think of it that way!0
