exercise log with a power plate

hi all, im doing my moky dvd for 30 mins a day ( kinda like zumba) as well as running after 2 kids and walking the dog.
i have also been using my power plate for 10 mins after as a warming down and toning,
how would u add this to the log? its the first time i have felt to into been healthy i want to log everything incase i slip ( hoping i wont)
when i see my mum in october i want her to notice the weight loss lol

    Hi

    When I use the PowerPlate in the gym I wear my heart rate monitor and it is about the same heart rate as when I'm doing weights (if that helps at all).
