i hate drinking water can i have robinsons orange squash - no added sugar
instead of water
also can you have drinks that dont have sugar like this one

If you really can't drink water then this is probably as good as anything else as a replacement. Log it if it has any calories though. If you can make it as weak as you can.0

I have trouble drinking just water, so i only drink Evian from the bottle or squash from a glass (when the water is from the tap) I drink Robinsons apple and blackcurrant no added sugar, and the cals are SO low i don't think it's worth logging it especially as it's super hard to and with the normal exercise we do on a daily basis (walking around, housework etc) i find there is no need to log it.
