Doing this properly with the help of a PT

Hi all.
I love two stone through a little exercise and healthy eating. Recently I've put 10lbs of that back on. I've decided to bite the bullet and fork out the cash for a personal trainer.
I have my second session with him today and it's the best thing I've done. We shall see what my weight loss for the week tonight but I can feel the ache and pull in all my muscles from all the running I've been doing.
Admittedly, I don't feel energised yet but seven instances of exercise since Friday has left me feeling a little exhausted.
I think I'm doing well and I hope this is the beginning of me getting down to my ideal weight of 160lbs!
As for non-weight loss related stuff... I am a writer, fashion blogger and avid reader. I'm also from the UK and would love to make some friends here!
