Great NSV that helped my motivation stay high. At work every Friday we run 2 miles at 6am, once ever month we run a 5K run. My run time has been great so far I usually run it in 15-16 minutes and improving every month, I haven't done a 5k run in quite some time due to going on leave or getting cancelled due to bad weather. The last time I ran a 5k I finished it at 28minutes, however today I was surprised to see a 24:30 run time! It may not be impressive to others but it makes me happy to see an improvement. Anybody else here a runner? And what are your success stories?

Not only is your new time great, but you shaved 3.30 minutes off your old time in just one month! That's really something to be proud of. Good work!

    FANTASTIC time, girl!
My NSV running victory came the day before July 4th -- I managed to run 6.5 miles from my house to my mom's in another town without stopping, and I've never been past the 4 mile mark before! Made it in 65 minutes, which isn't fantastic, but ain't bad either (for a 40-yr-old lady).
