Or is supposed to be how it goes
I get up at 6 every weekday and go to the gym.... I work out twice a day... (try to run a few miles in the evening if I have time) then a hard 2 hour cardio bike and elliptical in the am. Anyways I have class directly after my workout and work after that so i have to shower at the gym....however!!! I am still sweating when I get out of the shower and on my walk to class...by the time I get to class you cant even tell I showered....(okay so its not that bad...) but anyone have any suggestions to fix this....I have tried to take cold showers but that makes me sweat more!!!!

You need at least a 10 minute cool down so that you can stop sweating before the shower. You may have to cut a little of the workout if the time is too tight.0
