Hi everyone! I have been trying to stay on track, but it seems as if I do it for a day or 2 then I give in and so on and so forth.
Here's my story..
I'm 19 years young and I have a 7 month old daughter that I raise alone. I was put on strict bed rest about half way through my pregnancy so I wasn't getting any exercise so I gained like 50lbs! I'm struggling to get it off. After she was born, her dad or should I say sperm donor, wants nothing to do with her or I which kind of made me feel worse because I felt like something was wrong with me. I believe @ my heaviest I was about 220lb. I have had a gym membership since about February-ish, but it's so hard to make time to go because I am also a full-time CNA. I do enjoy doing the wii fit because it does tell me how long I work out and how many calories I burn, but I could really lose some motivation.
I want to do this for myself and be able to keep up with my daughter. I don't want her embarrassed to be around me or her struggle with her weight. I do use the scale on the wii fit, but it seems to be few lbs off according to the gym scale so today I'll just buy when when I go to pick up my lean cuisines and low fat yogurt!
