Maintenance Calories

So I know that my maint. calories will be 1,810 when I am at my goal weight and they are 1910 at the weight I am now. So I keep telling myself I can eat up to 1,910 calories per day and still not gain weight. I wish I didn't know those numbers so I wouldn't use them as an excuse to eat more than my calorie goals that I have set.
Last week I ate an average of about 1810 calories per day instead of my 1660 I should be eating. So I went over an average of 150 calories per day and I feel it is a slippery slope. I still had a 100 calorie per day deficit, but I won't be losing weight at that rate. I need to be more committed to my new weight goal and STICK TO IT! What is wrong with me?????? I have worked too hard to get here to start slacking off now.

i try this little trick is if i really want something i mean really want it.... i try to eat alittle of it like i cant have peanuts they will kill me but i have the biggest cravings for peanut butter cups.... and ill buy a twix and eat one bar then put the other half in the fridge and do something else like some household chores or something like that and i can forget about the other half of my treat for days sometimes, but if i really want the other half of that treat i make sure to take the stairs or park farther then needed at a store just to get a little more activity to kinda counteract that. i dont know if this will work for you but it has been really helpful to me....0

have you been doing any workouts as well as that comes off your total. If you ate 1810 you are at a deficit of 100 (1910-1810), and if you worked out and burned 400 cals in any day, and didn't eat them back, then your deficit for the day would be 500 (100+400) which would equate to 1lb/week
So was your 1810 average intake Net (before exercise) or did you workout and still average 1810/day. How many caloires did you burn that week you averaged an intake of 1810?0 -

It was net. I know I need to start working out and my schedule is changing in a couple of weeks so I am trying to work it in.0
