Question. Time and time again.

So since I'm 14lbs away from my ultimate goal, I've been trying to re-evaluate my goals and my fitness. I walk 5-6 days a week for at least an hour, sometimes more. Other than that I just watch a ton of tv (no job, husband is deployed, nothing to do). So even though I walk my happy butt off for over an hour a day(literally, walk my butt off =]) , I should still set my fitness level to sedentary right? Some sites say that sedentary is NO exercise, and lightly active is "light exercise 3 days a week", and moderately active is "moderate exercise 5 days a week". MFP is different from every other site I've checked out so any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

You should set your activity level to sedentary if all you are doing is hanging around watching tv and then log in your walks as exercise.
