I DID search this topic and it hasn't been brought up in a few months- plus the last post only got a few replies.

I'm looking for an additional cardio dvd or two. I'm doing the Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis but I have to admit, I hate the the dance cardio. I'm still doing a half hour of her muscle toning six days a week but I need to stack a half hour minimum of high- heartrate/calorie burn cardio on top of that. I've been doing Jillian Michaels banish fat/ boost metabolism but I'd like to find another dvd or two to add to the mix. I love that jillian dvd but I do get bored doing it every day. So with that in mind- and the fact that I don't like dance cardio (no zumba... boo), and the fact that I'm doing a half hour of really intense muscle toning moves for a whole half hour- any suggestions? I do like kick boxing kind of stuff so I was thinking maybe billy blanks? what else? THANKS!

I agree...I LOVE Turbo Jams! Chalene Johnson is my HERO!! :P They can be a bit dancy...but for the must part it is just cardio kickboxing. That along with running is how I have managed to drop 22 pounds thus far! The DVD set of her I have is great because I have two cardio kickboxing workouts to choose from (one long one short) plus an ab workout. I would definitely check into this!

Look into Leandro Carvhalos "Brazil Butt Lift". The "BumBum" workout is very tiring but incredibly effective. It was the first workout DVd series I ever tried and It transformed my body. Be sure to get the extended edition though, which includes "Rio Extreme". Rio Extreme is my absolute favorite workout!

They do have one "dance" cardio DVD in the set called Cardio Axe, but you dont have to do that one.

I also completed the GSP (Georges St. Pierre) Rushfit program. It's great, but intense!
