My name is Lydia and I am 20 years old. I am 4 weeks into my weight loss journey. I started 4 weeks ago and have lost 19lbs so far. I am excited to chat to some people also striving for weight loss!

    you will find wonderful support here,
    I have benn on MFP for about 2 weeks
    but I've been on my journey for almost 5 weeks
    I have lost a total of 16 lbs, 2 in the
    two weeks that i've been here!
