I am trying to stay on a 1200 calories meal plan. Does anyone have one that they would like to share..The weekly meal plan should be different each day or the body will slow down so if anyone has a cheaper weekly meal plan i would really appreciate the help.
I feel terrible and need to get on some sort of plan that is reliable and the food are all in the right areas (5 - 6 ) meals a day with the right combos
Thank you : (

You can also look at my diary. I can't say it's perfect, but I usually stick around 1200 net. Look back a couple of weeks as I was on vacation for 6 days for 4th of July weekend!0

Jennie-O turkey burger
170 calories
Baby Spinach Leaf Salad
35 calories
Fat Free Feta Cheese
35 calories
240 calories, which leaves room to add 1 piece of high fiber 40-50 calorie bread if you want.
Jennie-O hot dog
120 calories
Hot Dog Bun
100 calories
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Made with %2 milk)
40 calories
260 calories, you don't have to use cheese, I just don't like mustard, ketchup, etc.
Light Chunky Tuna in Water
80 calories
Fat Free Ranch Dressing
35 calories
Tony's Creole Seasoning
0 calories
Drain the water from tuna, put in bowl and mix in ranch dressing (not too much), then add Tony's Creole seasoning (as much as you can handle) and mix until everything is even.
With this only being 115 calories, that means you have a lot lee-way with what crackers you use. ((Also, you can add a handful of baby spinach leaves and mix it in the tuna))
Those are my 3 go to meals....when I have very few calories left because of snacking at work, I shoot for those 3. Of course they may not be extremely healthy meals, but they are tasty and low calorie!
I hope those helped.0 -
Years ago I used to use Sparkpeople.com and they would give meal plans. At that time, it was free but I don't know if it still is.0
