My daily goal for sugar based on my profile is 24 - I'm only halfway through the morning and have already exceeded it a V8 juice and a banana? I had brought a piece of fruit for the afternoon, but am now questioning whether I should have it or not??:noway:

Anyone else running into this problem and does the sugar count matter that much? I'd appreciate any advice.

Anne

fruit is good sugar. Good carbs, I would be concerned if the sugar came from a donut, but not fruit. I don't usually watch the sugar content because I know what I consume are good carbs, so not too important to me personally.

I dont' watch sugar or protein either. I am always over on protein but always under on calories and fat and I'm losing.

Thanks guys- I won't worry about the counts then.

I'm not a huge fruit fan but am trying to force myself to have a couple of fruit a day.

    Have a great day:flowerforyou:
