To Weight or Not to Weigh

I'm struggling. I've been approaching the 100lb mark now for quite a bit (at least a couple of months). Its driving me crazy. I normally hop on the scale every morning (I'm aware of daily fluctuations). This 100 lbs lost thing has been looming and I really want it but feel like i'm self sabatoging as I get closer (don't know why). I'm tempted to hide my scales and avoid weighing in except for on my official weigh in days on Wednesday until I hit the mark.
Thoughts? Anyone else have an issue when approaching a major milestone??

Weighing daily really isn't good because it can get you discouraged. So I only weigh weekly. I was wondering however, where did you get your calorie and exercise minute goal tickers??
  • Congrats on all the weight you've lost! That is an incredible accomplishment, I know. A year ago I got down 90lbs from my highest weight. It took my a looong time to make that progress. and as soon as I became comfortable with my body and my eating habits, I gained 60 back. PLEASE, don't let that happen! I would definitely continue to weigh in often, with official ones often too. It gets so tiring after doing it for so long, but it keeps you accountable.

Anyone? Struggled with passing a milestone? Could really use some guidance here.
