Does everyone else always go over on sugar?

I seem to always be over on my sugar but it's all from fruit. :S anyone else

    Yes, and fruit sometimes pushes me over on my carbs too. V.annoying!!!

    If I eat fruit, which I don't always do, I go over. On the days I don't eat fruit I never go over. So I stopped tracking it.

    Yep I go over almost everyday but I don't sweat it. It has hindered my weight loss.

    Ya I'm thinking about not tracking it anymore because its all natural sugar. It's annoying.

    All sugar is natural. Sugar is simply sugar. The bottom line for everything is calories in, calories out.

    I'm always over. If it's just fruit, I don't even count it. I only count things like honey, and sugars in foods that aren't fruit (aka white sugar). Keep it healthy and you'll be doing fine!

    Fruit nearly always puts me over on my sugar and carbs! But I don't stress too much since fruit is so healthy.

    Yep, just went over for today, but that's 'cause I just ate an entire elephant ear from the local art fair. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! LOL
