Hey! I am just wondering if anybody else is following Change One approach or has done Weight Watchers? I have lived in the USA for 5 years and have gained a lot from their meetings and weight loss programs. What finally worked for me was eating 3 major meals per day, including protein and carbs to keep me full. I am cutting sugar, white flour, bread and pasta products and junk food as much as I can out of my diet but don't starve myself and try to eat everything in moderation and try to live normally.
