Hello everyone! I am super new here! I had a very large baby 3 years ago, and took about 2 years to take that weight off. Now, I've put it all back on, just from poor eating and being lazy. I am looking for ways to stop "bored eating" and cravings for sweets. I am not really into most fruit or veggies, so finding healthy foods for me is hard.
I am currently working on portion control, eating less sugar and salt, and using our gym membership more, plus I just bought the Gold's Gym cardio boxing for Wii game.
I am also hoping to find some other ladies who are very pear shaped, for tips about how to work out better so as to not end up with no chest as I lose weight.
